Vil du have ansvar for lønkørslen og HR-processer for dine egne kunder og samtidig være en del af et fleksibelt og engageret team?

Vi søger på vegne af vores kunde i Herlev en HR- & Lønkonsulent, der har erfaring med lønadministration og HR-administration, og som sætter en ære i at levere korrekt løn til tiden.

Om rollen

Som HR- & Lønkonsulent får du ansvaret for løn og HR-administration for både små og mellemstore kunder. Du vil fungere som sparringspartner for kunderne og sikre, at processerne kører effektivt og korrekt. Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Månedlig lønkørsel og lønafstemninger (Danløn og Zenegy)
  • Administration af ansættelser, fravær, ferie og refusioner
  • Udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af personaleadministrative dokumenter, fx ansættelseskontrakter, advarsler, opsigelser og personalehåndbøger
  • Rådgivning og vejledning om HR og løn til kunder og internt
  • Bidrage til optimering af HR- og lønprocesser samt aktivt byde ind med forbedringsforslag
