Pozice je vhodná i pro osoby se zdravotním postižením (ZTP výhodou). Co vás čeká:o práce s klienty v sociálně aktivizační služběo vedení skupinových i individuálních aktivito podpora klientů při zvládání každodenního životao individuální plánování a práce s cíli klientůo komunikace s rodinami a institucemio vedení dokumentace a spolupráce v týmu Co očekáváme:o VŠ vzdělání dle zákona o sociálních službách (min.
