Požadujeme:- dokončené střední vzdělání s maturitou nebo výuční list- výpis z rejstříku trestů- dobrý zdravotní stav- řidičský průkaz skupiny B – aktivní řidič- výhodou odborná způsobilost dle § 116 zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., zákona o sociálních službách- praxe výhodou- schopnost práce s lidmi- empatie a porozumění individuálním potřebám klientůNabízíme:- zázemí velké a stabilní organizace- týmovou práci a podporu- příjemné pracovní prostředí - 5 týdnů dovolené- zaměstnanecké benefityNáplň práce: - aktivní vyhledávání a kontaktování osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením a cílená individuální pomoc a podpora rodinám s dětmi, jejichž vývoj je z těchto důvodů ohrožen- výchovné, vzdělávací, aktivizační a sociálně terapeutické činnosti- pomoc při uplatňování práv, oprávněných zájmů a při obstarávání osobních záležitostí- zprostředkování kontaktu se společenským prostředím- vedení administrativy k materiální a potravinové pomoci, pomoc při distribuci a přerozdělování materiálu a potravin pro rodiny v tíživé situaci - spolupráce s ostatními institucemi
