Pielęgniarka/pielęgniarz

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie wyższe w zawodzie położny/a lub pielęgniarka/ pielęgniarz
  • praktyczne umiejętności wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki/pielęgniarza
  • aktualne prawo wykonywania zawodu
  • stan zdrowia pozwalający na zatrudnienie na w/w stanowisku
  • nieposzlakowana opinia
  • pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych i korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych
  • niekaralność
  • bardzo dobry kontakt z dziećmi
  • odpowiedzialność
  • komunikatywność
  • kreatywność
  • cierpliwość
  • umiejętność rozpoznawania warunków i potrzeb zdrowotnych dzieci w wieku od 20 tygodnia do lat 3
  • radzenie sobie ze stresem
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz szybkiego reagowania w trudnych sytuacjach

Obowiązki pracownika:

  • czuwanie nad zdrowiem
  • bezpieczeństwem i dobrym samopoczuciem dzieci
  • wykonywanie różnych codziennych zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych
  • prowadzenie pracy opiekuńczej w oparciu o obowiązujące przepisy
  • dokumentowanie wyników obserwacji pielęgniarskiej/położniczej (monitoring rozwoju dziecka)
  • współdziałanie i informowanie rodziców o sytuacji zdrowotnej i rozwoju dziecka
  • realizowanie zasad i czynności wynikających ze statutu żłobka
  • tworzenie warunków do optymalnego rozwoju dziecka we wszystkich sferach jego rozwoju
  • inne prace opiekuńczo-zdrowotne wynikające z zasad opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3

Miejsce pracy:

  • Pruszcz Gdański

Zmianowość:

  • Praca od poniedziałku do piątku, w godzinach 07:00-15:00.
