Du begeisterst uns mit: - Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Standardabläufe und entwickelst sie weiter. - Durch Schulung und Förderung deines Teams steuerst du aktiv dessen Weiterentwicklung an. - Du trägst dazu bei, die Geschäftsziele mit dem Team in den Bereichen Qualität, Kreativität, Auslastung, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Hygiene zu erreichen. - Aktive Mitarbeit beim Frühstück, daher ist Polyvalenz eine Voraussetzung. - Erstellen von Offerten, Bestätigungen und Rechnungen sowie das durchführen von Check-in und Check-out. - Tagesabrechnungen und Monatsabschluss gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben. - Du unterstützt die Ausbildung der Lernenden HOKO und bist ein Vorbild. - Pflege von Distributionskanälen und anderen Systemen wie…AIDA, Salto, Booking, SQH, Expedia, Trust You mit dem du auch das Beschwerdemanagement handelst. - Personalplanung mithilfe von MIRUS. - Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit. - Du zeigst Ehrgeiz und Motivation an der Arbeit sowie Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft. - Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder einen KV-Abschluss, in einer ähnlichen Position und zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung. - Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift – (eine weitere Sprache von Vorteil). - Wohnhaft in unserer Region.
