THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative to identify, engage and build relationships with prospective business clients. This is an opportunity to start or develop a career in consultative B2B sales within an international business. Previous sales or immigration experience is not essential: we value communication skills, ambition, resilience and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

- Qualify inbound enquiries and identify new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and other prospecting activity.

- Speak with prospective clients to understand their needs and determine whether our services are a suitable fit.

- Build relationships with potential clients and book qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activities and a well-organised pipeline.

- Collaborate with colleagues and work towards agreed individual and team targets.

- Participate in ongoing coaching, role-plays, training and professional development.

What we are looking for

- Confident verbal and written English communication, particularly on the telephone.

- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, organisation and attention to detail.

- Resilience, enthusiasm for sales and a positive approach to regular feedback.

- A willingness to learn new topics and improve through coaching.

- Desirable, not essential: previous sales or customer-facing experience, degree-level education, CRM familiarity or an interest in international business.
