Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Dallas, TX facility.

This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Pay * $19 - 23/hr + shift premium * 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm; shift premium $1.25/hr * 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am ; shift premium $1.50/hr * Training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) * Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed * Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

What You'll Do * Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment. * Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers. * Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency. * Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications * 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred. * Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately. * Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs. * Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials. * Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.
