Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Mt. Pleasant, PA facility (2nd & 3rd shifts only).

This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Work Schedule * $19.77 - $21.98/hr + 2nd or 3rd shift premium * 2nd shift premium $0.20/hr: 3pm - 11pm * 3rd shift premium $0.25/hr: 11pm - 7am * Training will be on 1st shift 7am - 3pm. * Monday - Friday; Saturdays required during peak production or as business needs dictate. * Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

What You'll Do Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment. Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers. Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.

Job Requirements 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately. Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs. Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials. Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.
