Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar tecnicamente a execução de projetos industriais, desde a instalação até a entrada em operação.Fiscalizar e orientar tecnicamente empresas terceirizadas responsáveis pelas montagens mecânicas e elétricas. Interpretar desenhos técnicos, layouts, diagramas elétricos e especificações de equipamentos. Avaliar a qualidade das instalações, identificando desvios e propondo soluções técnicas. Acompanhar testes de funcionamento, comissionamento e partida de máquinas e equipamentos. Verificar o atendimento aos requisitos técnicos, de segurança e de qualidade. Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Engenharia, Manutenção, Produção e fornecedores. Apoiar a avaliação técnica de equipamentos e soluções para novos investimentos industriais. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Engenharia Mecatrônica/Mecânica e/ou curso Técnico em Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica ou Desenho de Projetos.Experiência em leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos e diagramas elétricos; Vivência em projetos de integração mecânica e elétrica na indústria.Componentes elétricos industriais (motores, inversores de frequência e painéis);Componentes mecânicos (redutores, eixos e fixações);AutoCAD para plantas de layout e diagramas elétricos.Conhecimento das normas de segurança aplicáveis, especialmente NR-10 e NR-12.Desejáveis:Modelagem 3D em SolidWorks para montagens e detalhamento mecânico;Processos de fabricação (usinagem, caldeiraria e montagem de painéis);Conhecimento de gestão de documentos técnicos e revisões.
