Vores team på 13 engagerede medarbejdere, fordelt mellem Aarhus og Ukraine, udgør rygraden i vores virksomhed. Med en kerne af ingeniører og dataloger i Århus, suppleret af et talentfuldt hold i Ukraine, er vi stolte af vores kollektive ekspertise og vores samarbejdsdrevne kultur. Som vi forbereder os på at fordoble vores størrelse, søger vi en CTO, der kan lede vores udviklingsafdeling ind i denne spændende vækstfase.

Om Stillingen og Ansvarsområder

Som CTO hos Cercare Medical vil du spille en afgørende rolle i virksomhedens fremtid, både som leder af udviklingsafdelingen og som nøglemedlem af ledelsesteamet. Du vil:

  • Være ansvarlig for at sætte den strategiske retning i samarbejde med resten af ledelsen og sikre dens implementering på tværs af virksomheden.
  • Leve op til forventningerne som en inspirerende leder, der kan motivere og engagere teamet gennem en anerkendende ledelsesstil.
  • Have ansvar for stakeholder management, herunder opretholdelse af relationer med både nuværende og potentielle kunder.
  • Sikre teamets løbende udvikling og opretholde en kultur af innovation og excellence.

Din Profil:

Cercare Medical søger en person med solid erfaring inden for IT og softwareudvikling, som er vant til at lede et team og har en stærk ledelsesmæssig baggrund. Du bør:

  • Have en åben og positiv tilgang til ledelse, der inspirerer tillid og engagement blandt dine medarbejdere.
  • Besidde evnen til strategisk tænkning og være i stand til at implementere visionære ideer i praksis.
  • Være stærk i kommunikation og stakeholder management, med evnen til at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer på alle niveauer.
  • Have en naturlig flair for at navigere i komplekse projektlandskaber og drive innovation.
