An vier Produktionsstandorten erwirtschaften rund 1.100 Mitarbeiter/innen einen Umsatz von rund 750 Mio. US$. An unserem Standort in Freiburg mit ca. 770 Beschäftigten suchen wir ab 01.04.2026 für unsere Instandhaltung eine/n:

Technischer Leiter Filtertow Herstellung (m/w/d)

Im Wesentlichen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Weiterentwicklung des technischen Anlagenzustands eines Produktionsbereichs, Reduktion von Ausfallrisiken und Umsetzung von Anlagenoptimierungen
  • Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsstrategie im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit des Produktionsbereichs
  • Moderation systematischer Zustands- und Risikobewertungen (z.B. FMECA und Bad Actor Analysen) sowie
  • Weiterentwicklung der Ersatzteilstrategie
  • Technische Unterstützung im Rahmen von Störungsanalysen
  • Übernahme der Projektleitungsfunktion sowie fachliche Vertretung der Instandhaltung im Rahmen von Engineering-Projekten
  • Organisation der Anlagendokumentation im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Übernahme der Personalverantwortung im Verantwortungsbereich mit ca. 5 direkten Mitarbeitern und insgesamt ein Team mit rund 25 Mitarbeitern
  • Nach abgeschlossener Einarbeitung Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
  • Vertretung des vorgesetzten Instandhaltungsleiters

Sie passen am besten zu uns, wenn Sie über folgende Voraussetzungen verfügen

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise haben sie bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Wünschenswert sind gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Prozessindustrie, Erfahrungen im Bereich TPM und Anlagenoptimierungen sowie im Bereich Ex-Schutz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie sind teamfähig und offen, haben gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
