cereneo Prevention AG: 1 Lohnlauf L\-GAV ca. 35 MA (CH)

cereneo Global Services AG: 1 Lohnlauf ca. 19 MA (International)

  • Administrative Verantwortung der Stammdaten\-Erfassung und Aktualisierung
  • Selbständige Verantwortung der Sozialversicherungen (KTG, UVG, AHV) Quellensteuern sowie Vorsorge\- und Versicherungsthemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stellen
  • Verarbeiten von Kranken\- und Unfalltaggeld, Mutterschaftsversicherung sowie EO\-Abrechnungen
  • Durchführung der Jahresendprozesse, Lohnmeldungen und gesetzlichen Deklarationen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Payroll\- Prozesse und Systeme
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen Payrollfragen
  • Arbeitsort Hertenstein, HO auf Absprache, zeitliche Flexibilität wenn keine Lohnläufe sind

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung im Payroll\-Bereich (z. B. HR\-Fachausweis, Sozialversicherungs\-Fachausweis Payroll\-Specialist oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Payroll Specialist in einem Schweizer Unternehmen (von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen)
  • Sehr gute Schweizer Arbeitsrecht\-Kenntnisse (von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen)
  • Versiert mit EAV sowie L\-GAV
  • Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
