Als Finance & Reporting Officer combineer je boekhouding, analyse en rapportering. Je volgt de cashpositie op, werkt mee aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen en krijgt ook te maken met internationale transacties en vreemde valuta. Dankzij die mix is geen dag helemaal dezelfde en werk je niet alleen met cijfers, maar ben je ook nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking binnen het bedrijf.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over facturatie en verwerkt de aankoopfacturen.
  • Je maakt de wekelijkse cashplanning op.
  • Je vraagt kredieten aan en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse btw-aangiftes en intracommunautaire aangiftes.
  • Je werkt mee aan een correcte maand- en jaarafsluiting.
  • Je bereidt periodieke financiële rapporteringen voor.
  • Je volgt de financiële markten op, met bijzondere aandacht voor de evolutie van de dollarkoers en de rente, en staat mee in voor het afdekken van wisselkoersrisico's.
  • Je volgt de verzekeringspolissen op en bekijkt waar optimalisaties of betere voorwaarden mogelijk zijn.

e houdt van een hands-on aanpak, neemt graag zelf de zaken in handen en voelt je goed in een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling. Je werkt nauwkeurig maar verliest daarbij het grotere geheel niet uit het oog. Bovendien werk je graag samen in teamverband en denk je actief mee over hoe zaken beter of anders kunnen. Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en ziet zelf waar actie nodig is
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en haalt voldoening uit resultaten die kloppen.
  • Je bent analytisch, legt vlot verbanden en haalt snel de essentie uit cijfers en data.
  • Je schakelt vlot met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw kwalificaties

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit en een eerste relevante ervaring binnen Finance.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel, en hebt ervaring met ERP. Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring in afsluitingen en financiële rapportering.
  • Je bent communicatief en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
