Spil tussen internationale sourcing, logistiek, administratie en marktgroei

In deze rol ben je véél meer dan een commercieel talent. Je weet dat het echte rendement niet alleen in slimme verkoop zit, maar minstens zo sterk in een strakke logistieke keten en waterdichte administratie. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met leveranciers, logistieke partners (opslagbedrijven, transporteurs, rederijen) en Europese klanten. Je leert de internationale markt haarscherp lezen: Hoe beweegt de beschikbaarheid in Azië of Zuid-Amerika? Waar schommelen vracht- en shippingprijzen, en hoe halen we daar marge-winst uit? En hoe vertaal je dat naar commerciële kansen? Tegelijk houd je met een helikopterview het overzicht. Je zorgt dat dossiers, administratie en opvolging vlekkeloos verlopen.

Jouw groeipad en verantwoordelijkheden

Je start in Aankooplogistiek, Supply Chain en Customer Service om de business te doorgronden. Zo krijg je een sterke grip op de producten, leveranciers, klanten en internationale goederenstromen. Zodra dit fundament staat, groei je door naar Sourcing en Sales, waarin je zelfstandig commerciële én logistieke opportuniteiten ontwikkelt.

  • Aankoop- en importlogistiek Tijdens je inwerkperiode ondersteun je de wereldwijde logistieke stromen (zeevaart, binnenvaart, douane en kwaliteitsopvolging). Zo leer je de producten, leveranciers en internationale goederenstromen grondig kennen.
  • Supply Chain & Customer Service Je verwerkt orders, volgt voorraden in de Europese hubs op en organiseert het transport naar de klant. Zo behoud je overzicht over de volledige keten, van inkoop tot levering.
  • Doorgroei naar Sourcing & Sales Na deze grondige basis verschuift je focus naar het zelfstandig sourcen van breukrijst en andere grondstoffen in Azië, Zuid-Amerika en Zuid-Europa. Je bouwt verkooprelaties uit in de petfood- en voedingssector en benut je opgebouwde ketenkennis om de beste deals én marges te realiseren.

Leergierige doener met analytisch inzicht en internationale ambitie

Ervaring is mooi, maar jouw motivatie en affiniteit met voeding/landbouw en doorgroeipotentieel maken het echte verschil.

Functie-eisen

  • Master- of bachelordiploma in een handels, logistieke, economische of landbouwkundige richting.
  • Eerste ervaring in internationale logistiek, inkoop of verkoop.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans durven spreken hoort er ook bij.
