Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der monatlichen Konzernkonsolidierung nach HGB sowie Unterstützung bei IFRS-Themen
  • Analyse und Qualitätssicherung der Reporting Packages unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität einschließlich Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Ursachenanalysen bei Abweichungen
  • Eigenständige Abstimmung komplexer Bilanzierungs- und Konsolidierungssachverhalte mit lokalen Finance-Teams und externen Beratern
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Konsolidierungsbuchungen (Intercompany, Kapitalkonsolidierung, Währungsumrechnung etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen sowie Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Integration neuer Gesellschaften in den Konzernabschluss- und Reportingprozess
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting- und Closing-Prozesse sowie der LucaNet-Landschaft
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen zur Standardisierung unserer Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit an gruppenweiten Finance-Projekten (M&A-Integration, Prozessharmonisierung, Reporting-Standards)

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 4–5 Jahre) im Group Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit Schwerpunkt Konzernabschlüsse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Konzernrechnungslegung nach HGB; IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungssoftware, idealerweise LucaNet
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Bilanzierungs- und Konsolidierungssachverhalten
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie hohe IT-Affinität
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude daran, Ursachen zu verstehen statt Symptome zu korrigieren
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
