Certified Benz & Beemer is seeking a professional Receptionist for a full-time position.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our Full-Time Receptionist plays an important role in representing the professionalism, hospitality, and high level of service that CBB customers have come to expect.

Job Description:

  • Work flexible hours, weekends, and Evenings. Are required
  • Wear business-appropriate attire.
  • Have clear and neat handwriting.
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination.
  • Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.
  • Sort out paperwork as needed.
  • Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word as well as Excel and Google Docs.
  • Direct guests to their desired location.
  • Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
