PART söker nu en Senior Automationsingenjör – Robotik & PLC som vill vara med och utveckla nästa generation av produktionsutrustning. Här får du arbeta nära tekniken, maskinerna och produktionen – från de första koncepten till färdig, driftsatt automationslösning.

Det här är en roll för dig som har gedigen erfarenhet inom industriell automation, PLC och robotprogrammering och som trivs med att kombinera programmering och utveckling med praktiskt arbete ute i anläggningen.

OM ROLLEN

Som Senior Automationsingenjör – Robotik & PLC blir du en viktig del i utvecklingen av PART avancerade produktionslösningar. Du arbetar genom hela projektkedjan – från koncept, programmering och test till driftsättning och optimering i produktion.

Du kommer att ha en bred teknisk kontaktyta och samarbeta nära kollegor inom bland annat automation, robotik, el, mekanik, hydraulik, pneumatik och produktion.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Delta i konceptutveckling och konstruktion av avancerade automationslösningar och produktionsutrustning
  • Programmera och utveckla industrirobotar, primärt ABB
  • Programmera och driftsätta PLC-system, främst Siemens och Beckhoff
  • Delta i installation, test och driftsättning av maskiner och produktionslinjer
  • Genomföra och medverka vid FAT och SAT
  • Felsöka, analysera och optimera automationssystem
  • Arbeta nära produktionen för att säkerställa stabila och effektiva lösningar
  • Ta fram och uppdatera teknisk dokumentation
  • Bidra med din specialistkompetens i utvecklingen av framtidens produktionslösningar

VEM ÄR DU?

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av avancerad industriell automation och som är van att arbeta med komplex produktionsutrustning och helautomatiserade lösningar.

Du har ett starkt tekniskt intresse och tycker om att förstå hur hela systemet hänger ihop. Du är lika bekväm framför datorn med programmering som ute i produktionen när en maskin ska testas, driftsättas eller optimeras.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Mycket god erfarenhet av robotprogrammering, gärna ABB
  • Mycket god erfarenhet av PLC-programmering, gärna Siemens och/eller Beckhoff
  • Erfarenhet av maskin- och produktionsutveckling
  • Erfarenhet av installation, test och driftsättning av automationsutrustning
  • God förståelse för samspelet mellan PLC, robot, el, mekanik, hydraulik och pneumatik
  • Ett strukturerat, analytiskt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt
  • Förmåga att se både detaljerna och helheten i en teknisk lösning
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med tvärfunktionellt samarbete
  • God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort

Meriterande erfarenhet

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

  • SCADA-system, gärna Ignition
  • Kommunikationsprotokoll
  • Elschemaläsning
  • Maskinsäkerhet
  • Teknisk dokumentation
  • Industriell nätverkskommunikation
  • Ytterligare PLC-plattformar
