Alternant(e) Assistant(e) Pédagogique

Être assistant(e) pédagogique à CESI, c’est contribuer concrètement au bon déroulement des formations, de l’intégration des apprenants jusqu’à leur diplomation.

Vous accompagnez les promotions au quotidien et êtes un relai essentiel entre les apprenants, les équipes pédagogiques et les entreprises.

Concrètement ?

  • Vous garantissez le suivi administratif des étudiants tout au long de leur parcours par le suivi des rentrées, des états de présence et absences, l’évaluation des sessions jusqu’à l’envoi des documents de fin de formation
  • Vous aidez à la planification des sessions de formation par l’accueil, la gestion administrative des apprenants, l’édition des conventions de stage et le suivi des conventions avec des intervenants externes
  • Vous facturez dans le respect des échéanciers et êtes un relais privilégié de la comptabilité pour le suivi du paiement
  • Vous participez à la préparation de la diplomation des étudiants et à l’organisation des jurys d’examens en lien avec les pilotes de formation et les apprenants

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sérieux, votre sens de l’écoute et votre envie de bien faire. Votre parcours (formation ou premières expériences) montre un intérêt pour la gestion administrative, le contact client ou la facturation.

Une première expérience dans la formation ou l’alternance est un plus, mais pas indispensable. A CESI, on vous accompagne pour monter en compétences progressivement.
