En tant que Chargé de Mobilité Internationale et véritable référent administratif des programmes de mobilité internationale, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des étudiants, personnels et partenaires internationaux de CESI.

Vous êtes rattaché à la Responsable du Pôle Mobilités Internationales, au sein de la Direction du Développement international de CESI.

Vos missions consisteront à :

  • Assurer le suivi administratif du dispositif de mobilité internationale ERASMUS+, dans le respect des procédures et des exigences réglementaires ;
  • Gérer l'ensemble des dossiers de mobilité étudiante sortante via la plateforme Mobility Online, de la nomination des étudiants jusqu'à la validation de leur séjour académique à l'étranger ;
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats, aides financières, paiements et justificatifs liés aux mobilités des étudiants, apprentis, enseignants et collaborateurs ;
  • Coordonner et suivre les jurys de sélection, les contrats d'études, les relevés de notes et l'ensemble des documents administratifs nécessaires à la mobilité internationale ;
  • Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance et d'activité de la Direction du Développement International ;
  • Accompagner la mise en œuvre de projets internationaux structurants tels que Erasmus Credit Mobility (ICM) ou FITEC ;
  • Organiser et coordonner l'accueil des délégations internationales, ainsi que les déplacements et événements internationaux au niveau national (gestion des achats, préparation logistique, bases de contacts, inscriptions Salons..) ;
  • Réaliser une veille active sur les dispositifs de financement et d'accompagnement à la mobilité internationale afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour les étudiants et les équipes ;

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation : Bac +3 à Bac +5 en relations internationales, gestion de projets internationaux, administration ou domaine équivalent.

Expérience : Une première expérience réussie dans un environnement international est indispensable, idéalement au sein d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou d'une structure pilotant des programmes de mobilité internationale.

Compétences techniques :

  • Bonne connaissance des programmes de mobilité internationale, notamment Erasmus+ ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de suivi administratif ;
  • La connaissance de Mobility Online et des outils de gestion Erasmus+ constitue un véritable atout.

Langues : Anglais courant indispensable (niveau C1 à l'écrit comme à l'oral). La pratique d'une seconde langue étrangère est appréciée.

  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit d’équipe;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à prioriser ;
  • Excellent relationnel et sens du service ;
  • Qualités rédactionnelles et aisance dans les échanges interculturels.

CONDITIONS ET AVANTAGES

Contrat : CDI

Statut : Agent de maitrise en 39h

Rémunération : Entre 28 et 30k sur 13 mois, selon expérience

Localisation : Paris – La Défense 92800 Puteaux

Date de début : ASAP - Octobre 2026
