Místo výkonu práce: Cheb. Pracovní poměr na dobu určitou (1 rok) - poté možné prodloužení. Pracovní úvazek plný či zkrácený úvazek 20-30 hod/týdně. Mzdové ohodnocení: uvedená mzda je při plném úvazku (konkrétní výše mzdy bude stanovena dle výše úvazku, vzdělání a praxe kandidáta/kandidátky na základě interní směrnice organizace). Pracovní doba: pružná pracovní doba (jednosměnný provoz). Náplň práce: hledáte smysluplnou práci, kde se stanete klíčovou oporou pro ženu z romské komunity a pomůžete jí otevírat dveře do světa nových příležitostí? Jako mentor/mentorka v programu Omama se stanete průvodcem/průvodkyní, který/která s empatií a respektem posiluje sebedůvěru a pracovní dovednosti své kolegyně přímo v terénu, tato role je ideální pro VŠ vzdělané osoby v pedagogických či sociálních oborech, které mají chuť předávat své zkušenosti, radovat se z pokroků dětí a aktivně měnit atmosféru v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách. Požadujeme: všeobecné znalosti práce na PC, řidičský průkaz sk. B a automobil výhodou. Nabízíme: prostor pro osobní růst, možnost budovat síť důležitých kontaktů v regionu, to vše v rámci flexibilního polovičního až plného úvazku, který dává Vaší odbornosti hluboký lidský rozměr, 2 dny dovolené navíc, pravidelné supervize, možnost dalšího vzdělávání, výhodný telefonní tarif.
