The posting

Desde la Universidad CEU San Pablo buscamos incorporar un Técnico/a de Simulación Clínica con jornada completa en horario de tarde (13:30-21:00h) para trabajar en el Hospital Universitario de Simulación Clínica (HUSC).

Funciones del puesto:

• Preparar, montar, operar y desmontar los escenarios de simulación clínica conforme a las fichas de escenario y a la programación docente. • Programar y manejar simuladores de alta, media y baja fidelidad. • Operar los sistemas audiovisuales de grabación, control y briefing; asegurar la disponibilidad de las grabaciones y su tratamiento conforme a la normativa de protección de datos. • Dar soporte técnico al profesorado durante las sesiones. • Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de primer nivel del equipamiento clínico y de simulación; gestionar incidencias y coordinación con proveedores y servicio técnico. • Gestionar el almacén: inventario, control de stock, caducidades, pedidos y reposición de material fungible y de simulación. • Preparar el equipamiento clínico real utilizado en la docencia (monitores, desfibriladores, bombas de infusión, carros de parada, material de vía aérea y accesos vasculares). • Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de materiales docentes y de moulage, y en la mejora continua de los procedimientos técnicos del centro. • Velar por el orden, la limpieza, la seguridad y la trazabilidad del material en todas las unidades del HUSC.

Formación requerida

- Grado o Formación Profesional de Grado Superior o Medio del ámbito de las Ciencias de la Salud

Formación valorable

• Formación específica en simulación clínica (cursos de instructor, operador/técnico de simulación, moulage). • Formación en metodología docente, seguridad del paciente o gestión sanitaria. • Formación técnica complementaria: audiovisuales, informática, electrónica o impresión 3D.

Experiencia requerida

- Experiencia previa en centros o unidades de simulación clínica

- Manejo de simuladores de alta fidelidad y sistemas de audiovisuales/de briefing

- Experiencia asistencial en urgencias, UCI o quirófano

- Experiencia en docencia práctica universitaria; gestión de almacén y equipamiento clínico.

Competencias y habilidades:

• Competencia técnica y resolución de problemas con rapidez en entorno docente en tiempo real.

• Autonomía y responsabilidad (turno de tarde con supervisión no permanente). • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración con profesorado de distintas titulaciones. • Habilidades de comunicación, discreción y trato correcto con estudiantes. • Flexibilidad, polivalencia y capacidad de adaptación a picos de actividad. • Iniciativa, aprendizaje continuo y afinidad con la innovación docente y tecnológica.
