Job Description:
We're looking for an HR Manager who wants more than a traditional HR role. Someone who wants a seat at the table, a voice in major business decisions, and the opportunity to shape the workforce that powers one of North America's largest fertilizer manufacturers.

Why This Role Matters
As HR Manager, you'll serve as a key member of the site leadership team, helping shape workforce strategies, strengthen culture, and support operational success.
