The posting

Dans le cadre du développement d’un établissement public administratif, nous recrutons un(e) alternant(e) Agent d accueil et d'animation H/F en partenariat avec le CFA IESA à partir de septembre 2026, sur le secteur de Molsheim. En parallèle de la prise de fonction, vous préparerez un BTS GPME - en apprentissage au CFA IESA de Strasbourg. Rythme d’alternance du BTS : 2 jours de formation par semaine, le reste en entreprise. Vos missions : Au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous participez à l'organisation pratique du service. Vous participez à l'organisation de l'activité d'hébergement sous le contrôle de l’équipe tutorale ; Vous participez à la gestion de l'exploitation de la structure. Vous assurez l‘accueil de qualité et la réception des clients. Vous contribuez à l'accueil et l'animation d'un groupe d'enfants, de jeunes ou d'adultes. Vous participez à la mise en œuvre de différentes activités (loisirs, sportives, culturelles). Votre profil : Vous êtes élève en BTS GPME au CFA IESA ; Vous avez le sens de l’accueil et du service à la clientèle ; Vous disposez de bonnes qualités d’écoute et appréciez le contact humain ; Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en langues étrangères ; Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et les logiciels courants ; Vous êtes disponible, curieux(se) et autonome ; Vous avez le sens du service public et des relations humaines ; Vous êtes force de proposition et savez anticiper.
