Un acteur du secteur culturel à proximité d'Obernai et partenaire de l'IESA, recrute pour la rentrée 2026, un(e) assistant(e) en événementiel marketing et communication, afin de suivre le Bachelor Responsable Marketing Opérationnel - Titre RNCP de niveau 6 au sein de notre école. Rythme d'alternance en Bachelor RMO : 3 jours de formation en établissement une semaine sur deux, les autres jours étant consacrés au travail en entreprise. Missions principales : · Assurer l’organisation et la logistique des événements et expositions · Rédiger et publier des contenus sur les réseaux sociaux · Développer et entretenir des partenariats institutionnels et privés · Concevoir différents supports de communication, imprimés et digitaux · Gérer les relations avec les exposants, adhérents et partenaires · Rédiger et diffuser les communiqués de presse · Élaborer et suivre le planning éditorial · Mettre à jour régulièrement le site internet · Créer et envoyer des newsletters et campagnes d’emailing · Assurer une veille sur les tendances en communication et dans les métiers d’art · Mettre à jour les bases de données et rédiger divers courriers Profil recherché : · Formation : Étudiant en communication, relations presse ou événementiel (niveau Bac+2 validé). · Aptitudes rédactionnelles : Très bonne maîtrise du français et capacité à produire des contenus variés et structurés. · Compétences numériques : À l’aise avec les outils de communication digitale et les logiciels de mise en page. · Organisation et autonomie : Capable de gérer plusieurs missions en parallèle et de respecter les échéances. · Polyvalence et réactivité : Sait s’adapter rapidement aux situations imprévues et intervenir efficacement lors des événements. · Qualités relationnelles : À l’aise dans les échanges avec les partenaires, exposants, adhérents et acteurs médiatiques. · Rigueur et sens du détail : Veille à la qualité et à la cohérence des supports produits. · Initiative et créativité : Force de proposition pour imaginer de nouvelles actions en communication et en événementiel.
