Le CFA IESA de Strasbourg est spécialisé dans la formation par alternance depuis 1986, mettant l'accent sur le secteur tertiaire dans le Bas-Rhin. Nos formations vont du CAP aux titres RNCP de niveau 7 (Mastère Bac+5). Partenaire du CFA IESA, une entreprise materiaux hat de gamme située près de Schirmeck est à la recherche de son/sa prochain(e) assistant(e) en RH, en apprentissage pour la rentrée 2026. Dans le cadre d'un partenariat avec le CFA IESA de Strasbourg, cette opportunité vous permet de préparer votre Mastère en Ressources Humaines (MRH) au sein de notre établissement. En complément, vous suivrez le Mastère Manager des Ressources Humaines (MRH), avec le rythme d'alternance suivant : 3 jours de cours, une semaine sur deux. Les missions proposées : Apporter son support dans l'administration du personnel et la mise à jour des données RH Intervenir sur le processus de recrutement ; Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur les différents canaux ; Sourcer des candidats, analyser les candidatures et assurer une première sélection des profils ; Participer à des projets RH transverses selon les besoins du service Participer aux tâches relevant de l’administration des ressources humaines Gestion de la paie Le profil souhaité : Vous préparez un Mastère RH au CFA IESA de Strasbourg Capacités rédactionnelles, bon relationnel et capacité d'adaptation Autonomie, rigueur et envie d'apprendre Esprit d'équipe et confidentialité Si vous souhaitez intégrer une formation au sein de notre établissement, et que cette opportunité vous intéresse.
