Une entreprise automobile située près de Entzheim, et partenaire de l’IESA, recrute pour la rentrée 2026 un·e apprenti·e pour un poste de gestionnaire administratif. Vous préparerez en parallèle le BTS Gestion de la PME au CFA IESA, à raison de deux jours de cours par semaine. Le reste du temps étant consacré aux missions en entreprise Descriptif des missions : Sous la responsabilité de la direction, vos missions seront les suivantes : Accueil physique et téléphonique Saisir, enregistrer et actualiser différentes informations dans les bases et documents administratifs Gestion des fournitures Planifier les rendez-vous et assurer la coordination des différents agendas Traiter les sollicitations des clients, les renseigner et assurer le suivi de leurs demandes Participer à l’accompagnement lors des déplacements et à l’acheminement des véhicules Prospecter et solliciter les propriétaires dans le cadre de la prise de mandats Réaliser les photographies des véhicules destinés à la commercialisation Assurer la gestion des clés ainsi que leur remise aux clients ou aux collaborateurs Profil recherché : Vous souhaitez intégrer une formation Bac+2 spécialisée en Gestion de la PME (BTS GPME) à la rentrée 2026, à l'école IESA Une expérience dans un poste ou secteur similaire serait appréciée.
