The posting

Le CFA IESA de Strasbourg est spécialisé dans la formation par alternance depuis 1986, mettant l'accent sur le secteur tertiaire dans le Bas-Rhin. Nos formations vont du CAP aux titres RNCP de niveau 7 (Mastère Bac+5). Un organisme de droit privé chargé d'une mission de service publique situé à Strasbourg Strasbourg, recrute en partenariat avec le CFA IESA : Un(e) Apprenti(e) pour le service Ressources Humaines. En complément, vous suivrez le Bachelor Chargé(e) de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (CGRH), avec le rythme d'alternance suivant : 3 jours de cours, une semaine sur deux. Missions Intervenir sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, de l’identification du besoin à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs ; Rédiger et publier les offres d’emploi sur les différents canaux (jobboards, réseaux professionnels) ; Sourcer des candidats, analyser les candidatures et assurer une première sélection des profils ; Organiser et réaliser les entretiens de préqualification ; Participer à l’amélioration des pratiques de recrutement et au développement de la marque employeur ; Contribuer à la mise en place et à l’utilisation d’un outil de suivi des candidatures ; Assurer le suivi des recrutements et accompagner les nouvelles recrues lors de leur onboarding ; Participer à des projets RH transverses selon les besoins du service Profil Étudiant(e) admis(e) ou en cours d’admission ; Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle ; Proactif(ve), curieux(se) et à l’aise dans les échanges ; Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles ; À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les méthodes de recrutement ; Capacité à mener des entretiens de manière structurée et professionnelle ; Sens de l’écoute, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité ; Autonome, motivé(e) et intéressé(e) par un environnement RH dynamique.
