Une entreprise spécialisée dans la transformation industrielle et les solutions métalliques, en partenariat avec le CFA-IESA Strasbourg, recherche dans le secteur sud de Strasbourg un(e) apprenti(e) assistant(e) commercial(e) / chargé(e) de relation client. Vous préparerez le BTS NDRC - Négociation et digitalisation de la relation client et intégrerez la promotion 2026. Vous aurez cours au sein de l’IESA à Strasbourg les lundis et mardis, les autres jours étant consacrés au travail en entreprise. Vous devrez accomplir les missions suivantes : Assurer le suivi des demandes clients (téléphone, mail) et apporter des réponses adaptées. Participer à la préparation et au suivi des devis commerciaux. Mettre à jour les informations clients et assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers commerciaux. Collaborer avec les différents services internes (commercial, production, administration des ventes) afin de garantir la satisfaction client. Profil recherché : Aisance relationnelle et bonne communication orale et écrite. Bon niveau d’allemand requis. Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
