Une micro-crèche située dans l’ouest de Strasbourg et ses environs recherche un(e) apprenti(e) afin de préparer le Titre Professionnel Intervenant Éducatif Petite Enfance (TP IEPE) sur une durée de 18 mois, dans le cadre d’un contrat d’apprentissage. Nous recherchons de préférence une personne déjà titulaire du CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance (CAP AEPE) et souhaitant poursuivre sa formation et développer ses compétences dans le domaine de la petite enfance. ? Formation Préparation au Titre Professionnel Intervenant Éducatif Petite Enfance (TP IEPE) Formation en alternance sur une durée de 18 mois 2 jours de cours par semaine 3 jours par semaine au sein de notre micro-crèche Formation prise en charge dans le cadre du contrat d’apprentissage Rémunération selon la réglementation en vigueur ? Vos missions Au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, vous participerez notamment à : L’accueil des enfants et de leurs familles L’accompagnement des enfants dans les différents moments de la journée La réalisation et l’accompagnement des soins du quotidien : repas, changes, siestes et accompagnement à l’autonomie La mise en place d’activités d’éveil adaptées à l’âge, aux besoins et au développement de chaque enfant L’accompagnement du développement, de l’autonomie et de la socialisation des enfants L’observation des enfants afin de répondre au mieux à leurs besoins individuels La participation à la mise en œuvre du projet pédagogique de la micro-crèche L’entretien et la préparation des espaces de vie et du matériel L’application des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de bien-être ? Profil recherché Nous recherchons une personne : Éligible au contrat d’apprentissage De préférence titulaire du CAP AEPE Ayant un réel intérêt pour le secteur de la petite enfance Sérieuse, dynamique, fiable et ponctuelle Douce, bienveillante et à l’écoute des besoins des enfants Ayant un bon esprit d’équipe et un bon relationnel avec les familles Capable de faire preuve d’autonomie tout en sachant travailler en équipe Curieuse et motivée à développer ses connaissances et ses compétences professionnelles Souhaitant s’investir dans un environnement de micro-crèche à taille humaine ?
