Dans le cadre de la préparation du Titre Professionnel Intervenant Éducatif Petite Enfance (TP IEPE) en alternance avec le CFA IESA Strasbourg, notre structure petite enfance située à Strasbourg recherche un(e) apprenti(e) motivé(e), bienveillant(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre son équipe. Le TP IEPE est un titre professionnel de niveau 4 (équivalent Bac) reconnu par l'État, accessible en contrat d'apprentissage. 👶 Vos missions Accompagné(e) par une équipe expérimentée, vous participerez au quotidien à : L'accueil des enfants et de leurs familles. L'accompagnement des besoins fondamentaux des jeunes enfants (repas, sommeil, hygiène, sécurité). La mise en place d'activités d'éveil favorisant l'autonomie, la créativité et le développement global de l'enfant. L'observation des enfants afin d'adapter les accompagnements à leurs besoins. La participation au projet pédagogique de la structure. L'accompagnement des familles dans une démarche de coéducation bienveillante. 💛 Votre profil Vous êtes : Passionné(e) par la petite enfance ; À l'écoute, patient(e) et bienveillant(e) ; Curieux(se) d'apprendre et de développer vos compétences éducatives ; Sérieux(se), ponctuel(le) et investi(e) ; À l'aise dans le travail en équipe. Une première expérience auprès d'enfants est appréciée mais n'est pas obligatoire. 🎓 Votre formation En partenariat avec le CFA IESA Strasbourg, vous préparerez le TP Intervenant Éducatif Petite Enfance (IEPE). Cette formation vous permettra de : Accompagner le développement global des jeunes enfants ; Concevoir et animer des activités éducatives adaptées ; Développer une posture professionnelle auprès des familles ; Travailler au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires en crèche ou micro-crèche. 📍 Conditions Contrat d'apprentissage Etre titulaire du CAP AEPE ou BAC PRO ASSP ou BAC PRO SAPAT Poste basé à Strasbourg Rentrée : septembre / octobre 2026 Formation prise en charge Rémunération selon la législation en vigueur ✨ Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
