Le CFA IESA de Strasbourg est spécialisé dans la formation par alternance depuis 1986, mettant l'accent sur le secteur tertiaire dans le Bas-Rhin. Nos formations vont du CAP aux titres RNCP de niveau 7 (Mastère Bac+5). Une entreprise spécialisée dans l'installation d'équipements électriques située à Strasbourg et partenaire du CFA IESA, recrute en apprentissage leur prochain(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) & Comptable. En parallèle, vous préparerez le BTS GPME au CFA IESA, via le rythme suivant : 2 jours de cours par semaine. Le reste du temps étant consacré à la présence en entreprise. Les missions proposées : Organisation des rendez-vous avec les clients Élaboration, suivi et mise à jour du planning des travaux Commande et suivi des achats de matériel auprès des prestataires Gestion des devis et de la facturation Suivi et facturation mensuelle des dépenses par projet Collecte, vérification et transmission des éléments de paie mensuels Interface avec le cabinet comptable Profil recherché : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Connaissances en facturation et bases de comptabilité Capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe Rémunération calculée selon la grille des salaires liée à l'apprentissage.
