Une micro-crèche située dans le secteur sud-ouest de Strasbourg et ses environs recherche un(e) apprenti(e) afin de préparer le CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE) sur une durée d’un an, en partenariat avec le CFA IESA de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat d’apprentissage. Nous recherchons de préférence une personne ayant déjà obtenu un Bac Professionnel ASSP (Accompagnement, Soins et Services à la Personne) ou SAPAT (Services aux Personnes et aux Territoires) et souhaitant se spécialiser dans le domaine de la petite enfance. 🎓 Formation Préparation au CAP AEPE, diplôme reconnu par l’État Alternance d’1 jour par semaine au CFA IESA à Strasbourg 4 jours par semaine au sein de notre micro-crèche Formation prise en charge dans le cadre du contrat d’apprentissage Rémunération selon la réglementation en vigueur 👶 Vos missions Au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, vous participerez notamment à : L’accueil des enfants et de leurs familles L’accompagnement des enfants dans les différents temps de la journée La réalisation des soins du quotidien : repas, changes, siestes et accompagnement à l’autonomie La mise en place d’activités d’éveil adaptées à l’âge et au développement des enfants L’accompagnement des enfants dans leurs apprentissages et leur socialisation L’entretien et la préparation des espaces de vie et du matériel L’application des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de bien-être La participation à la vie quotidienne et au projet pédagogique de la micro-crèche 🌱 Profil recherché Nous recherchons une personne : Éligible au contrat d’apprentissage De préférence titulaire d’un Bac Pro ASSP ou SAPAT Ayant un réel intérêt pour le secteur de la petite enfance Sérieuse, dynamique, fiable et ponctuelle Douce, bienveillante et à l’écoute des besoins des enfants Ayant un bon esprit d’équipe et un bon relationnel avec les familles Capable de faire preuve d’autonomie tout en sachant travailler en équipe Souhaitant s’investir dans un environnement de micro-crèche à taille humaine 💛 Ce que nous proposons Un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long de votre apprentissage Une expérience professionnelle concrète au sein d’une micro-crèche Une équipe bienveillante et un environnement à taille humaine La possibilité de développer vos compétences auprès de jeunes enfants Un cadre favorisant l’apprentissage, l’autonomie et la prise de responsabilités Une formation permettant d’obtenir le CAP AEPE tout en acquérant une expérience professionnelle Aucun frais n'est à prévoir pour le candidat Prise de poste : 09/2026 Date limite de l'offre : 31/10/2026 Référence interne : Poste-2495
