The posting

Dans le cadre de son développement, une crèche située aux alentours de Hœrdt recherche un(e) apprenti(e) souhaitant se former au CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE) en partenariat avec le CFA IESA. Ce poste s’inscrit dans un parcours en alternance d’une durée d’un an, permettant d’allier apprentissages théoriques et immersion professionnelle au sein d’une équipe engagée dans l’accompagnement du jeune enfant. Votre quotidien en crèche Intégré(e) à l’équipe, vous participerez pleinement à la vie de la crèche. Vous contribuerez à accueillir les enfants et leurs familles dans un cadre sécurisant et bienveillant, et accompagnerez les enfants dans les différents temps de la journée : repas, changes, repos et activités. Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans la mise en place d’activités d’éveil favorisant leur développement et leur autonomie, tout en veillant au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. Cette expérience vous permettra de développer des compétences concrètes au contact des professionnels du secteur. Le parcours de formation La formation est organisée selon un rythme d’alternance avec une journée par semaine au CFA IESA à Strasbourg et le reste du temps en crèche. Elle conduit à l’obtention du CAP AEPE, diplôme reconnu par l’État. Les frais de formation sont pris en charge et la rémunération est définie selon la réglementation applicable aux contrats d’apprentissage. Le profil que nous recherchons Nous recherchons une personne motivée par le domaine de la petite enfance et souhaitant s’investir dans un projet professionnel concret. Vous faites preuve de sérieux, de ponctualité et d’un bon sens des responsabilités. Votre capacité à travailler en équipe et votre aisance relationnelle seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste.
