Une micro-crèche située aux alentours de Strasbourg recherche un(e) apprenti(e) motivé(e) pour préparer le CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE) sur une durée d'un an, en partenariat avec le CFA IESA de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d'un contrat d'apprentissage. Formation Alternance organisée avec 1 jour par semaine au CFA IESA à Strasbourg 4 jours par semaine au sein de la micro-crèche Préparation au CAP AEPE, diplôme reconnu par l'État Formation entièrement financée dans le cadre du contrat d'apprentissage Rémunération selon la réglementation en vigueur Vos missions Au sein d'une structure à taille humaine, vous participerez activement à l'accompagnement des jeunes enfants : Accueillir les enfants et leurs familles dans un climat de confiance et de bienveillance Assurer les soins quotidiens des enfants (repas, changes, sommeil, hygiène) Participer à la mise en œuvre d'activités d'éveil favorisant le développement, l'autonomie et la socialisation des enfants Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et au bien-être de chaque enfant Contribuer à l'aménagement et à l'entretien des espaces de vie et de jeux Participer à la vie quotidienne de la micro-crèche et au projet pédagogique de la structure Profil recherché Être éligible au contrat d'apprentissage Porter un réel intérêt au secteur de la petite enfance Faire preuve de sérieux, d'engagement et de ponctualité Être attentif(ve), patient(e) et bienveillant(e) auprès des enfants Avoir le sens du travail en équipe et de bonnes qualités relationnelles Faire preuve d'initiative et d'adaptabilité dans un environnement à taille humaine Ce que nous proposons Un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long de votre formation Une expérience professionnelle enrichissante au sein d'une micro-crèche Une équipe bienveillante et à l'écoute La possibilité de développer vos compétences au contact direct des enfants et des familles Un environnement de travail chaleureux favorisant l'apprentissage et l'autonomie Aucun frais n'est à prévoir pour le candidat Prise de poste : 09/2026 Date limite de l'offre : 31/10/2026 Référence interne : Poste-2343
