The posting

Notre micro-crèche située à proximité de Wilwisheim recrute dans le cadre de son développement. Nous recherchons un(e) apprenti(e) pour préparer le CAP Accompagnant Éducatif Petite Enfance (AEPE) en un an, en partenariat avec le CFA IESA de Strasbourg, dans le cadre d’un contrat d’apprentissage. Organisation de la formation La formation, reconnue par l’État, s’effectue à raison d’une journée par semaine au CFA IESA à Strasbourg et de quatre jours au sein de la micro-crèche. Elle est entièrement prise en charge dans le cadre du contrat d’apprentissage et donne lieu à une rémunération selon la grille légale en vigueur. Missions confiées Au quotidien, l’apprenti(e) participe activement à la vie de la structure : accompagnement des enfants de 0 à 3 ans lors des repas, changes et temps de repos, proposition et animation d’activités d’éveil adaptées à leur âge, application des protocoles d’hygiène et de sécurité, et collaboration étroite avec l’équipe pour garantir un accueil de qualité. Profil attendu Ce poste s’adresse à une personne éligible au contrat d’apprentissage, souhaitant s’investir dans les métiers de la petite enfance. Un réel intérêt pour le développement du jeune enfant, du sérieux, de la ponctualité ainsi qu’un bon esprit d’équipe sont indispensables. Le permis B est souhaitable, la structure étant située dans un secteur peu desservi par les transports en commun.
