🕒 Horário: Segunda a quinta das 07h às 17h, Sexta das 07h às 16h.

O Analista Comercial é um profissional que trabalha no suporte às operações comerciais, ajudando a equipe comercial a alcançar os objetivos da empresa. Sua principal função é prospectar clientes, analisar e processar dados, gerenciar informações sobre o mercado e clientes, além de fornecer suporte estratégico para a tomada de decisões dentro da área comercial. Esse cargo exige habilidades analíticas, organizacionais e de comunicação, além de um bom entendimento dos processos comerciais. Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar e desenvolver novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio.
  • Atuar comercialmente junto a construtoras, incorporadoras, arquitetos, engenheiros e demais parceiros estratégicos.
  • Analisar projetos e demandas técnicas para elaboração de propostas comerciais e orçamentos.
  • Realizar levantamento e composição de custos de materiais, mão de obra e serviços relacionados aos projetos.
  • Elaborar, apresentar e acompanhar propostas comerciais, conduzindo negociações até o fechamento dos contratos.
  • Manter relacionamento contínuo com clientes da carteira, identificando novas oportunidades de venda e fidelização.
  • Apoiar estudos de viabilidade técnico-comercial para novos empreendimentos e projetos.
  • Realizar cotações e negociações com fornecedores para composição de custos e formação de preços.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de engenharia, projetos e produção para garantir a viabilidade técnica e comercial das soluções ofertadas.
  • Participar de feiras, eventos e ações de divulgação da marca.
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, concorrência e inovações no segmento de construção em madeira engenheirada. Requisitos:
  • Graduação em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura e Urbanismo.
  • Conhecimento em Skecthup
  • Excel Intermediário
