Postulez maintenant : Contact Ce qui vous attend : Type de contrat : CDI Type d'emploi : Temps plein En tant que chargé.e de clientèle, vous serez le premier point de contact de nos clients et vous leur apporterez un soutien, des réponses à leurs questions et des conseils personnalisés répondant à leurs besoins en assurances. La personne retenue sera intégrée dans une équipe jeune et dynamique au sein de laquelle elle sera chargée de la gestion journalière et conseil client en matière d'assurances non-vie et vie. Ce que nous attendons :• Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac +3 • Langues : luxembourgeois obligatoire, français et allemand courants tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral - toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout • Titulaire d'un agrément d'agent d'assurances valide (ou l'obtention requise dans un délai maximum d'un an suivant l'embauche)• Excellent relationnel client, un contact aisé et sachant maintenir des relations professionnelles solides • Goût prononcé pour les tâches administratives • Rigueur, organisation et proactivité • Sens de l'écoute • A la fois un excellent esprit d'équipe et une grande capacité à travailler de manière autonome, disponibilité et flexibilité • Facilités d'apprentissage et envie de se développer continuellement À propos de CGFP Assurances SA : Nous sommes une agence d'assurances créée en 2012 par CGFP Services et Baloise. Notre mission primaire est de proposer aux membres de la CGFP (CONFÉDÉRATION GÉNÉRALE DE LA FONCTION PUBLIQUE) et à leur famille directe, des conseils de qualité en assurances, pour leur protection personnelle, de leurs biens ainsi que de leur famille.
