The posting

Het Centrum Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg Brussel richt zich tot kinderen, volwassenen, gezinnen en ouderen met een psychische en psychiatrische problematiek. Onze multidisciplinaire teams stemmen hun aanpak af op de specifieke noden van elk cliëntsysteem. We werken nauw samen, intern én met externe partners, en bouwen mee aan een breed, geïntegreerd zorgaanbod.

Om ons aanbod te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een psychosociaal werker met een hart voor Brussel die interesse heeft in het werken met kinderen, ouders en gezinnen in een ambulante setting. U werkt in teamverband aan het herstel en de zelfredzaamheid van het cliëntsysteem én activeert het sociaal netwerk. U werkt hierbij preventief, herstelgericht, outreachend en contextbewust. Hiernaast bent u sterk in het uitzoeken, aanvragen of ondersteunen van cliënten in hun administratieve noden.

U maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en neemt deel aan teamvergaderingen, cliëntbesprekingen, interne werkgroepen en wijkoverleggen. Binnen het team én met externe partners heeft u een verbindende rol met oog voor samenwerking, afstemming en de context en complexiteit van de Brusselse realiteit.

We zoeken een medewerker die:

  • Beschikt over een professioneel bachelordiploma in de menswetenschappelijke richting, bij voorkeur Maatschappelijk Werk.
  • Ervaring heeft binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg en inzicht heeft in psychopathologie. Ervaring binnen een ambulante tweedelijnsdienst is een pluspunt.
  • Een grondige kennis heeft van de sociale kaart en het Brusselse werkveld of bereid is zich hierin snel in te werken.
  • Een cultuursensitieve en genderinclusieve basishouding heeft met affiniteit voor de multiculturele realiteit van deze grootstad.
  • Communicatief vlot, helder en respectvol is, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Verschillende, soms conflicterende visies met elkaar kan verbinden maar tevens kan begrenzen wanneer het nodig is.
  • Vaardig is in het netwerken en samenwerken binnen een complex stedelijk zorgnetwerk.
  • Beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, kennis van andere talen is een meerwaarde.
  • Bereid is te werken met tolken en Intercultureel Bemiddelaars.
  • Bereid is tot avondwerk (woensdagavond tot 20u).
  • Op regelmatige basis bereid is met groepen te werken.
  • Zich vlot kan verplaatsen in Brussel.
