Account Manager – CompuGroup Medical België “Nobody should suffer or die because medical information was missing. Never and nowhere.”

CompuGroup Medical Belgium is een internationaal bedrijf met een kmo-mentaliteit. Wij ontwikkelen medische software voor tandartsen, huisartsen, kinesisten, specialisten, ziekenhuizen, … Met bijna 80 medewerkers in drie Vlaamse vestigingen (Wetteren, Oostende & Hasselt) kom je sowieso terecht in een team vol topcollega’s.

Waar jij jouw stethoscoop… euh, sales skills bovenhaalt:

  • Jij bent hét gezicht van CGM bij Kinesitherapeuten. Relaties opbouwen? Dat zit in jouw DNA!
  • Je spot opportuniteiten snel, en zet leads om in duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je gidst prospects door het volledige salestraject: van eerste “hallo” tot feestelijke contract-handtekening.
  • Marketingcampagnes volg je actief op en je zet ze slim om in commerciële successen.
  • Je houdt je pipeline netjes en overzichtelijk in SAP CRM. Sexy? Nee. Noodzakelijk? Absoluut.
  • Samen met je collega-accountmanagers zorg je voor een sterke teamspirit en een meer dan gemiddelde dosis fun!

Jouw commerciële superpowers:

  • Nederlands spreek je vlekkeloos.. Logisch, jouw klanten zijn Nederlandstalige kinesitherapeuten. Engels gebruik je vlot intern. Franse kennis is altijd welkom!
  • Je communiceert helder, overtuigend en met respect voor de unieke aanpak van elke kinesitherapeut.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar weet ook perfect wanneer teamwork het verschil maakt.
  • Digitale tools schrikken jou niet af, integendeel.. Je werkt volgens het motto work smarter, not harder.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, bent flexibel, leergierig en brengt positieve vibes mee naar het team.

Wat wij voor jou regelen:

Elke maand een loon dat zonder bugs op je rekening verschijnt en commissies per kwartaal. Daarbovenop een stack aan extralegale voordelen waar je u tegen zegt.
