Dein Beitrag:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für innovative IT-Projekte in der DACH-Region mit Schwerpunkt in der Implementierung modernster Krankenhausinformationssysteme (KIS).
  • Du führst Projektteams, Partner und Drittanbietern und koordinierst Projektaufgaben und Ressourcen.
  • Risikomanagement, Managementberichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen gehören zu deinem Daily Business.
  • Du baust dynamische, interdisziplinäre Teams auf und förderst eine agile und kollaborative Arbeitsumgebung.
  • Die finanziellen Aspekte deiner Projekte, einschließlich Budgetierung und effektivem Controlling, werden von dir überwacht und gesteuert.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsmanagement) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Leitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten, vorzugsweise im Klinikumfeld mit
  • Analytische, eigenständige sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Controlling-Kompetenzen, Kostenkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und mit unseren Kunden
  • Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch
  • Wünschenswert sind zudem einschlägige Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen
