Siamo alla ricerca di Sales Professional da inserire nel team dedicato al mercato farmaceutico.

Le figure che cerchiamo saranno punto di riferimento per le farmacie del territorio assegnato, con l'obiettivo di consolidare le relazioni con i clienti esistenti e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business.

Il ruolo

Il Sales Professional gestirà un portafoglio clienti già consolidato, dedicando circa il 60% della propria attività alla fidelizzazione e allo sviluppo delle relazioni commerciali e il restante 40% all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti, contribuendo alla crescita del business nell'area assegnata.

Responsabilità

  • Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti assegnato, garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.
  • Individuare nuove opportunità commerciali e acquisire nuovi clienti sul territorio.
  • Presentare e promuovere soluzioni informatiche dedicate al settore farmaceutico.
  • Comprendere le esigenze delle farmacie e proporre le soluzioni più adatte.
  • Gestire l'intero processo di vendita, dalla trattativa alla chiusura dell'accordo.
  • Collaborare con i team interni per garantire un servizio di qualità e un'esperienza positiva al cliente.
  • Monitorare il mercato e individuare opportunità di sviluppo nell'area di competenza.

Il profilo ideale

Cerchiamo persone dinamiche, orientate ai risultati e con una naturale propensione alla relazione con il cliente.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nella vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche o servizi.
  • Buone competenze informatiche e interesse per le soluzioni digitali.
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione della trattativa commerciale.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Autonomia nella pianificazione e gestione delle attività sul territorio.
  • Spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative.

Area di competenza

Stiamo cercando commerciali che abbiano la responsabilità delle vendite nelle aree di Calabria, Sicilia, Lazio, Toscana, Emilia-Romagna, Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto e Liguria.
