Responsibilities and AttributionsDiagnóstico e Manutenção de Turbinas Eólicas Goldwind GW155;Realizar diagnóstico avançado de falhas em turbinas Goldwind GW155, abrangendo conversores de potência , PLCs, sistemas hidráulicos, geradores, transformadores e sistemas de proteção elétrica;Analisar falhas elétricas intermitentes e eventos recorrentes por meio de técnicas avançadas de troubleshooting, com base em diagramas elétricos, contemplando sensores, disjuntores, contatores, entradas/saídas digitais e analógicas, drivers IGBT, barramentos DC e anomalias como sobrecorrente e subtensão;Programar e analisar PLCs industriais, diagnosticar falhas de comunicação entre módulos DCBus, PLCs e sensores, e configurar protocolos de comunicação e aquisição de dados;Monitorar variáveis do sistema de supervisão, interpretar tendências e executar ações corretivas, correlacionando parâmetros elétricos, mecânicos e hidráulicos para antecipar falhas iminentes;Diagnosticar falhas em válvulas hidráulicas, atuadores e bombas de pressão, realizar análise de perda de pressão em circuitos hidráulicos e calibrar sensores de pressão e sistemas de controle de pitch;Diagnosticar falhas térmicas, dielétricas e elétricas em geradores e transformadores, monitorando temperatura, vibração e isolação para prever falhas prematuras e analisar perdas de eficiência e oscilações de corrente e tensão.Requisites and QualificationsCurso técnico em Eletrotécnica, Eletroeletrônica ou Eletromecânica;Experiência em manutenção e diagnóstico de Goldwind GW155 , com sólido conhecimento em conversores de potência , incluindo módulos de potência, controladores e sensores internos;Experiência com programação e análise de falhas em PLCs industriais, com familiaridade em protocolos de comunicação industrial e integração de sistemas de controle;Conhecimento avançado em sistemas hidráulicos, incluindo atuadores de pitch e controle de pressão;Experiência em diagnóstico e manutenção de geradores e transformadores, com ênfase em falhas elétricas e térmicas;Capacidade de interpretar diagramas elétricos, hidráulicos e eletrônicos complexos, com sólida experiência em resolução de falhas por meio de diagramas e softwares de análise;Experiência com SCADA e softwares de monitoramento e diagnóstico para turbinas eólicas;Conhecimento em CMS (Condition Monitoring System), análise de vibração e qualidade de energia, incluindo harmônicas em sistemas elétricos.Addtional InformationsPlano de Saúde Bradesco em acomodação apartamento para você e seus dependentes (opcional)🚑Plano Odontológico Bradesco para você e seus dependentes (opcional)😁Vale Refeição ou Alimentação - (Alelo) A escolha é sua!🍔Refeitório nos escritórios se você gosta de trazer sua comida 🍲Vale Transporte 🚎Auxílio Idioma para sair falando com o mundo 🗣️Seguro de Vida para garantir a tranquilidade! 💰Wellhub (Gympass) você sempre em movimento 🏋🏽Bônus Anual sobre metas e resultados 🎉Horário flexível para os escritórios 🕤Bicicletário e vestiário no escritório de São Paulo🚴🏻
