• Gestão de equipe: Liderar, orientar e acompanhar profissionais das áreas de segurança, controle de acesso e limpeza, garantindo organização, disciplina e qualidade na execução dos serviços.

• Procedimentos operacionais: Elaborar, implementar e acompanhar os procedimentos das operações, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança e qualidade.

• Identificação de riscos: Avaliar possíveis riscos relacionados à segurança e às condições do ambiente, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas.

• Gestão de ocorrências: Atuar em situações de incidentes, acidentes e demais ocorrências, realizando os registros e encaminhamentos necessários.

• Relatórios e acompanhamento: Acompanhar o desempenho das equipes e elaborar relatórios sobre as atividades e ocorrências dos postos.

• Atuação volante: Realizar acompanhamento presencial nos diferentes postos de trabalho, oferecendo suporte às equipes e auxiliando a supervisão na resolução de problemas e ocorrências.

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão de Facilities ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência na liderança e coordenação de equipes de controle de acesso, limpeza e conservação; • Vivência com gestão de equipes operacionais e acompanhamento de colaboradores; • Conhecimento em rotinas de limpeza, utilização, diluição e armazenamento adequado de produtos; • Experiência na elaboração e aplicação de Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs); • Habilidade para identificar riscos, administrar ocorrências e solucionar problemas operacionais; • Conhecimento em elaboração de escalas, acompanhamento de equipes e relatórios operacionais; • Disponibilidade para atuação volante, visitando diferentes postos de trabalho; • Boa comunicação, organização, proatividade e perfil de liderança; • Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office.
