  • Controlar entrada e saída de pessoas, veículos e materiais.
  • Realizar rondas periódicas nas áreas internas e externas.
  • Registrar ocorrências e movimentações em livro ou sistema.
  • Atender visitantes, prestadores de serviço e colaboradores com cordialidade.
  • Monitorar câmeras e demais sistemas de segurança, quando aplicável.
  • Agir conforme procedimentos em situações de risco ou emergência.
  • Zelar pela organização e conservação do posto de trabalho.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como vigilante de portaria / controlador de acesso (nível pleno).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em escala definida pela empresa.
  • Boa comunicação, postura profissional e discrição.
  • Capacidade de manter a calma e agir com rapidez em situações de risco.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de registro de ocorrências (livro ou sistema).
  • Ensino fundamental completo.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em condomínios residenciais, comerciais ou industriais.
  • Vivência com monitoramento por CFTV e sistemas de controle de acesso.
  • Curso de vigilante ou segurança patrimonial atualizado.
  • Noções de primeiros socorros e prevenção de incêndios.
