Droom je ervan om samen een brasserie in hartje Brugge te runnen, met zicht op een eigen zaak?

Een gevestigde brasserie in het centrum van Brugge, met een sterke ligging en een trouw publiek. De investeerders zijn niet betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking en zoeken een koppel dat de zaak uitbaat alsof het hun eigen zaak is.

Jullie rol

  • Eén van jullie neemt de keuken voor zijn of haar rekening, de ander de zaal en het onthaal.
  • Samen sturen jullie de volledige uitbating: personeel, planning, inkoop, kwaliteit en gastbeleving.
  • Jullie geven leiding aan een team en bouwen het verder uit.
  • Jullie bewaken omzet, kosten en marges en rapporteren aan de investeerders.
  • Jullie geven de zaak een eigen gezicht, binnen het concept van een warme Brugse brasserie.

Wie zijn jullie?

  • Een koppel (partners, familie of duo) met aantoonbare ervaring in de horeca, in keuken én zaal.
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven; uitbatingservaring is een sterke troef.
  • Gastvrij, hands-on en ondernemend, met oog voor cijfers.
  • Bereid om je voor een langere termijn te engageren in Brugge.
  • Perfect Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een plus.
