The posting

  • führst und entwickelst du die Bereiche Product Management und Direktverkauf für unsere Anzeiger und übernimmst die entsprechende Führungs- und Personalverantwortung
  • steuerst und priorisierst du die Produkt-, Kampagnen- und Direktverkaufsplanung und sorgst für einen effizienten Einsatz der vorhandenen Ressourcen
  • entwickelst du marktgerechte Produkte und Vermarktungsangebote für unsere Anzeiger, abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse lokaler und regionaler Werbekunden
  • verantwortest du die Umsatzentwicklung des Direktverkaufs, steuerst Verkaufs- und Kampagnenziele und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team wirksame Massnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • stellst du die Verkaufsfähigkeit unserer Produkte im Anzeiger-Geschäft sicher und entwickelst diese mit Blick auf Markt und Wettbewerb laufend weiter
  • arbeitest du eng mit der Leitung Anzeigenverkauf, den Teamleitungen Sales sowie dem Product Management Tageszeitungen zusammen
  • du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management, Verkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mitbringst und Produkte sowie Vermarktungsangebote erfolgreich weiterentwickeln kannst
  • du Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden mitbringst und Verantwortung für unterschiedliche Aufgabenbereiche übernehmen kannst
  • du Umsatz-, Kampagnen- und Performanceziele sicher steuerst und bei Zielabweichungen die richtigen Massnahmen ableitest
  • du mit Print und Online-Werbeprodukten vertraut bist und deren Potenziale für die lokale und regionale Vermarktung gezielt einzusetzen weisst
  • du die lokalen und regionalen Werbemärkte kennst und daraus attraktive Vermarktungsangebote entwickeln kannst
  • du eine abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich vorweisen kannst
