Chagee is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Network & Store Technology Engineer – North America

Responsibilities
• Manage and support day-to-day IT operations for North America retail stores and corporate offices, with a focus on reliable store technology and network availability. • Plan, configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, managed switches, VLANs, DHCP, wireless access points, network segmentation, and primary/backup ISP connectivity. • Support new store openings from planning through launch, including installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of POS systems, payment devices, printers, scanners, scales, cameras, network equipment, and other store technology. • Monitor and maintain network health, firewall status, Wi-Fi performance, ISP connectivity, VPN access, and overall system availability; identify and resolve issues before they significantly impact store operations. • Configure and maintain secure remote connectivity, including IPsec VPN solutions, firewall policies, network access controls, firmware updates, security patches, and other infrastructure improvements. • Troubleshoot store and office technology issues, including POS hardware and peripherals, desktops and laptops, receipt printers, payment devices, security cameras, and network equipment, including after-hours support when required. • Maintain IT asset, configuration, and network documentation; coordinate equipment purchasing, invoices, vendor support, hardware replacement, and lifecycle management. • Partner with store operations, internal teams, internet service providers, and technology vendors to coordinate installations, resolve incidents, and minimize disruption to business operations. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning, updating, and removing network, VPN, device, and related IT access. • Develop support procedures and provide technical guidance and training to IT team members and store management to improve troubleshooting consistency and operational readiness.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands-on IT operations, network administration, infrastructure support, or retail technology experience. • Strong experience supporting multi-site retail, restaurant, or other store-based environments, including new store IT setup and ongoing operational support. • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting firewalls, managed switches, VLANs, DHCP, Wi-Fi, network segmentation, VPNs, and primary/backup internet connectivity. • Experience with firewall and network platforms such as Fortinet/FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, UniFi, TP-Link/Omada, or comparable technologies. • Strong troubleshooting experience with POS systems and store technology, including payment devices, printers, scanners, cameras, desktops/laptops, and network-connected peripherals. • Working knowledge of network security practices, access controls, firmware and security updates, device monitoring, and infrastructure documentation. • Experience with network monitoring and administration tools and protocols such as SNMP, SecureCRT, PuTTY, or similar tools. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with store teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to provide after-hours, weekend, or holiday support when required for critical store operations, incidents, or new store openings. • Strong communication, documentation, and hands-on problem-solving skills. English required; Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are helpful.

The estimated total cash compensation for this position is $84,200 - $126,200, inclusive of base salary and estimated bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate and may vary depending on factors including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience, skills, education, certifications, overall qualifications, and your specific work location.
