Você procura fazer parte de um time talentoso e com desafios cada dia maiores? Nosso (a) Analista Contábil terá a oportunidade de se desenvolver com os melhores profissionais e terá como atividades principais:

  • Conciliar as contas contábeis patrimoniais e de despesas;
  • Conciliar as contas contábeis de Outras Receitas/ Outras Despesas;
  • Conciliar as contas de transitórias;
  • Conciliar todas as contas de Resultado;
  • Conferir e contabilizar o arquivo da folha de Pagamento enviado pelo DP;
  • Conciliar e contabilizar o arquivo as provisões de 13º Salário e Férias;
  • Fechar as Notas Explicativas das DREs das empresas;
  • Classificação das contas para lançamento de NF, reembolso e demais;
  • Acompanhar a integração contábil automática das contas;
  • Auxiliar nas demandas do departamento, inclusive no arquivo;
  • Auxiliar as atividades do assistente contábil;
  • Controle de bens do ativo imobilizado, classificação e lançamento das notas fiscais referentes às aquisições, executar a Baixa de Itens Imobilizados (Efetuar a contabilização da baixa) e Destinar Plaquetas para os novos itens adquiridos;
  • Controle de veículos em comodatos;
  • Controlar e acompanhar os Ativos Imobilizados em Geral;
  • Parametrização das Naturezas de serviços vinculas com a OS;
  • Conferir e Conciliar a Cotização Peugeot e Citroen de acordo com os extratos do Financeiro;
  • Solucionar Pendencias e erros de Integração do sistema Contábil;

Requisitos:

  • Superior completo - Contabilidade;
  • Conhecimento em MS Office MS Excel;

Salário:

  • A combinar;

Horário de trabalho:

  • 44 horas semanais;
