What You’ll Be Doing

- Build trust and rapport with customers from first greeting to post-sale follow-up - Guide buyers through a needs-based, consultative process - Stay informed about new inventory, product features, and promotions - Help merchandise the lot and ensure vehicles are show-ready - Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet team sales goals - Deliver a top-tier buying AND ownership experience

- High energy, optimistic attitude, and a passion for helping others - Friendly and confident communicator, in person and by phone - Open to learning the automotive industry (no car sales experience required!) - Proven work ethic and competitive spirit - Coachable, team-oriented, and driven to succeed - Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
