About The Role

From preparing the dining room and bar before service to anticipating team and guest needs during high-volume periods, this role is all about staying one step ahead and keeping service moving. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, team-oriented, and guest-focused, with the ability to move with a sense of urgency while maintaining the polished and professional hospitality standards of Champions Social Club.

  • Communicate guest requests, concerns, or service needs promptly to the appropriate Server, Bartender, or Supervisor.
  • Work closely with Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Supervisors, and Kitchen Team Members to maintain smooth and timely service.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and remain attentive to changing service needs during high-volume periods, special events, and peak business hours.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented demeanor at all times.
  • Follow all health, sanitation, food safety, alcohol-service, opening/closing, and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall success of Front of House operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
